The lastest heat wave in the UK means training walks in the afternoons/evening are very hard, the heat and humidity just sap your energy.  An early morning walk today was really refreshing, and I didn’t see a soul. Lots of deer in the woods, and a very calm lake. 4 miles in an hour and 2mins, some great tunes, and fresh air makes for a great start to the day.
